We are studying Beth Moore’s James: Mercy Triumphs, which explores such concepts as joy, hardship, faith, wisdom, humility and more. We will alternate weeks of viewing DVD teaching and discussing homework, as well as spend time in worship, fellowship and prayer each time we meet. Workbooks are available for purchase at the Resource Center.

Do you like to have fun and try new things? Are you an experienced rock climber? Join people of all ages for a rock climbing adventure. Learn how to climb, belay and hang out with others who love it too! We have harnesses and a few pairs of climbing shoes for new climbers.

Would you like to unicycle? Would you like to juggle? You can learn! We’ll help you! Do you already know how? Come and learn new skills, teach others or just have fun! Open to adults (age 16 and older) who want to learn how fun it is to ride on one wheel or juggle. Or, you can help a child learn (age 5 or older). You just need to be willing to come weekly to assist them. We provide the unicycles.

Ladies, lace up those boots and come spend a day hiking, exploring waterfalls and meeting new friends. We will meet in the church parking lot at 9:00 a.m. and drive together to the Umpqua Falls. This trip is a great option for new hikers, as we will be taking three short hikes to different falls. Please contact Annie Ward for more information.

Summertime is just around the corner and brings with it all kinds of changes in our daily lives! You are warmly invited to come to this special event for women of all ages. We will gather in the Family Center to enjoy great food, good conversation, laughter, special music and meeting new friends. Practical encouragement is also on the menu! We will hear some excellent suggestions for walking through the busyness of life. The cost is $6 per person. Please pay when you register by June 3.
