Eugene Faith Center

The office of the Senior Pastor oversees and communicates the vision, life and ministry of the church and relates to the larger community on behalf of the church.

The Community Life structure is meant to provide people throughout our larger Eugene-Springfield area opportunities to learn, connect with and enjoy others, and serve in ways that can be a blessing to them and to our larger community. The Community Life Staff supports and encourages these groups, classes, seminars and opportunities.

There are about 1,000 kids that gather in various groups somewhere on our campus on any given weekend. This team leads a large group of volunteers who love children and youth.

This team works with the pastors to ensure the fiscal integrity of the church.

The Worship Planning Team envisions and coordinates the services at Eugene Faith Center.

The church receptionists greet and serve people who visit the church or call on the phone.

The facilities team maintains the church building and provides support for the dozens of classes and groups that meet weekly.
