  • Steve Overman | Senior Pastor | email

    Steve Overman

    Steve came to the Eugene Faith Center staff in 1975 as the college-age pastor while still a student at the University of Oregon. After completing work on a masters degree at Fuller Theological Seminary in 1983, he returned to our staff as Executive Pastor under Roy Hicks, Jr. He then assumed leadership as our Senior Pastor in 1988 when Roy left Eugene to serve as Director of Missions for our denomination. Steve and his wife Tana are the parents of Haley, Shannon and Reid.

  • Jim Thomas | Executive Pastor | email

    Jim Thomas

    Jim's leadership gifts, teaching ministry and wise counsel have long been a great blessing to our church. As Executive Pastor, he works closely with Steve Overman to oversee the wide and growing ministries that operate in and through our congregation. Jim and his wife Linda have raised three children and many other foster children.

  • George Boehmer | Community Life | email

    George Boehmer

    George joined our staff in 1985 to pastor the growing college and career-age groups. He currently serves as an associate pastor, with particular oversight over our Community Life. He and his wife, Jane, are the parents of two children, Madeline and Stephan.

  • Andy Gilbert | High School | email

    Andy Gilbert

    With a genuine heart for students, Andy pastors our High School group and also oversees our other Youth Ministries from sixth grade through college. Andy also gives oversight to our public gatherings, where he and his wife Kathy often lead worship. They have one son, Micah, and two daughters, Anna and Rachel.

  • Kathy Gilbert | Community Life | email

    Kathy Gilbert

    Kathy has served in a pastoral capacity for many years at Eugene Faith Center in the area of Women’s Ministries, our High School group and at the congregational gatherings. She is an educator who leads worship and Bible studies and is currently serving as our pastor of Community Life Groups. She is married to Andy and they have three children: Micah, Anna and Rachel.

  • Jannine Johnson | Childrens Ministry | email

    Jannine Johnson

    Jannine joined the Eugene Faith Center staff in 2005 and pastors our young children. She brings 15 years of experience as an elementary school teacher into her care for our little ones. Jannine and her husband, Craig, have four children of their own, Emma, Seth, Chloe and Sam.

  • Cory Huffman | Middle School | email

    Cory Huffman

    Cory joined the staff in 2009 as our middle school pastor after serving as a local Campus Life Director. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and earned a degree in Religious Studies. Cory also coaches track at Madison Middle School. His wife, Courtne, volunteers with High School Group and is studying graphic design at Lane Community College. Cory and Courtne have one daughter, Chloe.

  • Sandy Silverthorne | Associate Pastor | email

    Sandy Silverthorne

    As an associate pastor, Sandy's ministry touches many areas in the life of our church, though his primary areas of focus include our public services, men's ministries and the oversight of several other small-group ministries. Sandy and his wife Vicki are the parents of one daughter.

  • Dominic Passarelli | College-Age | email

    Dominic Passarelli

    Dominic pastors the College-Age Group at Onyx House. He and his wife, Naomi, are both pursuing master’s degrees in Theological Studies at George Fox Seminary. They met at Onyx House while attending the U of O and were married in 2006. Naomi enjoys reading, spending time with the students at the Onyx House and serving in the Middle School Group. Dom loves to play the guitar and lead worship. He is also an avid board gamer and mediocre basketball player.
